Dear Pastors, Friends and Family,
October 1, 2024 (Aug. – Sep. ’24)
Greetings in Jesus’ Name from Mexico City. We’ve had a great two months here since we sent out our last prayer letter. We’ve seen people saved in church; saved in the open-air markets; saved door-to-door and saved in the drug & alcohol rebab. center. We had two church groups visit us from different supporting churches in Ohio. One visited us in August and helped with VBS. The other visited us in September and helped during our church’s 9th anniversary and Mexico’s Independence Day. Both church groups were used greatly by God to help draw people to hear the gospel through the VBS and music, resulting in much spiritual fruit. We began working for the first time with the boys’ orphanage. On our first visit we took them backpacks with school supplies and had pizza & cake. On second visit Mary began teaching them music, but we also were able to share personal testimonies about salvation. Dear Pastors, Friends and Family,
August 1, 2024 (Jun. – Jul ‘24)
Greetings in Jesus’ Name from Mexico City. It was a blessing in June to have the Kojima Family here. They are from a supporting church in Ohio, and helped us with a Bible Club about science. There were several saved. The family, being musicians, played several times in open-air markets and parks, drawing people’s attention, then allowing us to witness to them. Brother Kojima gave his testimony on a Wednesday night. A lady named Guadalupe received one of our tracts. She shared it with her son, Enrique, and grandson, Brian. Seeing our address on the back, they came to our church. After hearing Brother Jun’s testimony and the gospel, the two men got saved. The Kojima Family also helped us put on a recital at the orphanage and well as a science presentation. The Kojima’s continue to be a blessing to our church as the daughters now teach our violinists by live video on Sundays between services. After the Kojimas left, Mary & I made a quick trip to the Texas border to see our US doctors and pick up Bibles & tracts. While there, I preached all day on … Read More »
